These terms apply when you use the SUFAS Educational Consultants website or request educational counselling, university-selection, application-support or English-instruction services.
Educational guidance
Information on this website is provided for general guidance. University programmes, fees, scholarships, deadlines, entry requirements and application routes can change. SUFAS will seek to confirm current information before an application is submitted, but applicants should also review the relevant institution's official information.
No guarantee of outcome
Admission, scholarship, visa, immigration and travel decisions are controlled by universities, awarding organisations, embassies and other authorities. SUFAS cannot guarantee any particular decision, outcome or processing time.
Your responsibilities
- Provide complete, accurate and authentic information and documents.
- Review applications and instructions before submission.
- Meet institutional, examination, payment and immigration deadlines.
- Tell SUFAS promptly about any material change in your circumstances.
Third-party services
Applications may involve universities and independent platforms such as Edvoy or ApplyBoard, as well as visa, travel, accommodation, payment and technology providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. Their names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Fees and refunds
Any SUFAS service fee, payment schedule and applicable refund arrangement will be communicated before the relevant paid service begins. Fees charged by universities, examination bodies, governments or other third parties are governed by those organisations' policies.
English courses
Course participation, teaching, feedback and practice can support progress, but no examination grade or test score is guaranteed. Learners remain responsible for attendance, practice, registration and compliance with examination-board rules.
Website use
You may use this website only for lawful personal or educational purposes. Website content may not be copied, misrepresented or used commercially without written permission.
